Silence and stillness is gold

In a world where we just rush here and there, is busy as a bee every day, day in and day out, we get lost and before we know we are so stress and anxious that our bodies give in on us.  Our bodies however do give us signs beforehand that it is not coping, but because of our busyness we plainly and bluntly ignore it. Trust me your body will get your attention, it might not be the way you like it.

And for what do we do all of this? So that we can fit into society, into work and in our social lives? When (and it is just a matter of time, it will happen) you collapse who will be there for you and help you? All those people that you tried so hard to fit in with and judged you?


We must learn before it is to late how to slow down, take time for ourselves and be still and calm. There are different ways of doing this and each person is different and therefore what works for the one will not work for another and visa versa.

Here is the main point or aim that we need to focus on, we need to take time in our busy life to slow down before it is to late and we crash in a major disaster.

Find a place where you can just sit or lie down for a while and be silent. Make your own sanctuary, your own space in this world.

             Light candles in a room and put relaxing music on;

             Go to the ocean and sit and stare at the waves coming in and out;

             Sit underneath a tree and look at and listen to the birds and little                     animals; 

            Sit next to a river and listen to the water flow.


Get consume by what ever you are doing and just get still. 

              Breath and listen with intent. 

             Breath and look around what nature gives us. 

And through the breathing and using all of your senses, you will start to become still and silent. You will become calm and relaxed.
When you are in this state, just be there, in that moment, for a time. When you step away from this state you will notice that you have more clarity, energy and determination to continue on your journey. 

You might also feel that you need to make changes in your life and that is good. 

Listen to your body it knows what it needs.
