Class description

The studio currently provides the following classes online via zoom:

Dance conditioning

Open level

This class is perfect for the student that wants to look after the conditioning and toning of their bodies.  It will improve their overall fitness level and release some "good feel" endorphins.

Dance technique

Open level

This class focuses on learning various techniques that will enable the student to incorporate them in different combinations and in structured and unstructured choreography.

Dance choreography

In this class the student will be taught a structured dance to a specific song and will have the option to perform whenever the studio is requested to do a performance. Please note: Performances is strictly optional.

The dances being taught will be from different styles of belly dance e.g. Egyptian, Turkish, etc.
